TERMS
Our simple terms are designed to be stress-free and as easy as possible.
We designed our rental program as a reward program to make renting and eventually owning a simple process. Our terms and conditions are below:
Our upfront charges are as follows:
$150.00 Delivery (some exceptions may apply ie: distance and difficulty of delivery
$150.00 Pick Up (again some exceptions may apply)
$150.00 Deposit (fully refundable at the end of your rental period or purchase period)
$ Price of rent for the first month +tax.
All of your rental money will be applied to the purchase of a piano if you should choose to rent from us. So, let’s use and example. Let’s say you rent an upright piano for 12 months at $79 a month. At the end of 12 months you will have spent $948 plus your security deposit of $150. You have spent $1098 on your rental piano. We will then apply that $1098 to the purchase price of any piano we have.
What We Ask In Return
You will be responsible for the general upkeep of the piano and the bench. Hopefully, you will treat it as if you own it. If necessary, you should add this to your insurance policy as a rider in the event of loss.
We are going to service the piano before its delivered. Of course, each case is a little different but generally speaking you should have the piano tuned at least once a year at your expense.
This is a rental piano and normally we dont sell our rental pianos. This is something we should discuss in the event you feel as if this is going to be your permanent piano.
We set our payments up via ACH when you are in the process of renting.
